Step 2:

Is the documentation i.e. the documents that are required to become an ISO certified company. There are 7 documents that are required at that time: quality manual, six quality procedures, quality policies, quality objectives, process flowchart, work instructions and most importantly the forms. All ISO documents must be specific to your company and suitable for your company.

Step 3:

Is the implementation and to make this step a success, it is most important for the organization that their employees must understand the benefits of the new ISO 9001 requirements. Since the organization will be using their business-friendly and non-bureaucratic ISO 9001 quality manual and the quality procedures, their employees will easily recognize the benefits and therefore readily adopt the new requirements.

Step 4:

Is internal audits. Internal ISO 9001 audits are inspections in which the company evaluates itself to see if all ISO 9001 requirements are being followed or not. These internal audits are not only conducted when implementing the ISO 9001 but also periodically. All internal audits are performed by an employee of the company who has been trained in ISO 9001 audits.

Step 5:

Is the certification and in order to achieve ISO certification, it will be necessary to have an independent ISO 9001, auditor visits the company and performs the certification audit afterward. The ISO 9001 certification audit can be performed soon after the organization has completed its internal audit.
